A sample introducing device (100) of a trace detection meter is provided, which comprises a first sample introducing chamber (101) in fluid communication with the trace detection meter, a second sample introducing chamber (102) for desorbing the sample from a sample introducing sheet, and a valve subassembly (20) which contains a sealing component (22) and a rib (24) on the inside wall of the sample introducing chamber (10). By contact or separation of the sealing component (22) and the rib (24), the first and second sample introducing chambers (101, 102) are in fluid communication or isolated. When the first and second sample introducing chambers (101, 102) are in fluid communication, the second sample introducing chamber (102) is isolated with a sample introducing inlet (14). The trace detection meter containing the sample introducing device (100) is provided.
