<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a dishwasher for decreasing power consumption in operation, and for increasing energy-saving performance by utilizing energy of a flow of wash water in water supply, cleaning, and drain. <P>SOLUTION: The dishwater includes: a washing tank 2 for storing dishes 9; a cleaning nozzle 7 for jetting out wash water; a wash pump 5 for supplying wash water to the cleaning nozzle 7; a water supply hose 3 for supplying wash water into the washing tank 2; a drain hose 12 for draining wash water outside the washing tank 2; at least one power generation means 14 for generating electric energy by the flow of wash water; a rechargeable battery 15 for storing electric energy generated by the power generation means 14; and a control means 16 for controlling operation by use of the electric energy stored in the rechargeable battery 15 in a cleaning process, a rinsing process, a heat-rinsing process, and a drying process after storing the electric energy, thus reducing power consumption in operation, and increasing energy-saving performance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
