PURPOSE: A vehicle aluminum door outer panel is provided to secure the strength for side collision and weight lightening through forming an impact rail into one body in a panel by casing method and offers good exterior quality through aluminum die casting processes. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle aluminum door outer panel(5) is made of aluminum alloy. An impact rail(R) is formed into one body in a panel(51). Two impact rails(R1, R2) are formed into horizontal direction with space between them. A reinforcement(U) of regular thickness is molded between rails at the same time.
