The device has a recuperator burner (100) sectionally arranged in a furnace wall (103) of a thermoprocessing system, and comprising a recuperator (106) coaxially surrounded by an exhaust gas guiding tube (105) and serving as a heat exchanger. An elongate tube section (110) of the tube is formed by two shell segments that are arranged outside of the furnace wall during operation of the burner. The shell segments surround an elongate section (114) of the burner in a fluid-tight manner, where the elongate section corresponds to the elongate tube section. An independent claim is also included for a method for maintenance of a burner device. |
