摘要 PURPOSE: A degree of branch regulation method of polybutadiene which has high 1, 4-cis content is provided to regulate the degree of branch without adding additives and polymerization temperature. CONSTITUTION: A polybutadiene which has high 1, 4-cis content is manufactured by polymerizing butadiene monomer under a catalyst system which consists of organonickel compound, aluminum compound, and boron fluoride complex compound. In a degree of branch regulation method of polybutadiene, the organonickel compound, boron fluoride complex compound, and aluminum compound are put into a polymerization reactor in order without a ripening process, or one of the organonickel compound, boron fluoride complex compound, and aluminum compound is put directly into the polymerization reactor without ripening process and two others are put into the polymerization reactor after aging at (-20) to 60 deg. Celsius.
