发明名称 FLUORESCENCE MEASUREMENT CELL IMPROVED BY LASER MULTI-REFLECTION FOR ON-LINE MONITORING OF PROCESS MATERIALS IN HIGH TEMPERATURE MOLTEN SALT
摘要 PURPOSE: A laser reflection amplification fluorescence measurement cell for measuring laser fluorescence to monitor a process specimen inside molten salt of high temperatures is provided to measure chemical species and concentrations of lanthanoid or actinide on a real time basis by using wavelength and strength of fluorescence signals appearing from the lanthanoid or actinide inside the molten salt in a process facility site. CONSTITUTION: A laser reflection amplification fluorescence measurement cell comprises a laser light source(110), a laser beam transmitting pipe(120), an incidence mirror unit(130), a reflection amplification unit(140), a cell(100), a focus lens unit(150), and a detector(160). The laser beam transmitting pipe receives laser beams and the lower part of the laser beam transmitting pipe is dipped into predetermined molten salt. The incidence mirror unit is arranged in the lower part of the laser beam transmitting pipe and transmitting the laser beams to the reflection amplification unit by controlling an incidence angle of the laser beams. The reflection amplification is dipped into the molten salt and reflects the laser beams transmitted from the incidence mirror unit in the inside, thereby amplifying fluorescence signals excited from elements comprised in the molten salt. The cell accommodates the fluorescence signals. The focus lens unit focuses the fluorescence signals. The detector measures and analyzes the elements comprises in the molten salt and concentration thereof by analyzing the focused fluorescence signals.
