PURPOSE: A fire resistant composition and a cable tray using the same are provided to improve heat insulating properties and blocking of heat conductance by providing the cable tray. CONSTITUTION: A fire resistant composition comprises board-shape fiberglass sheets(10), a monomer(U), a relay sheet and a silica fiber sheet. The board-shape fiberglass sheets are two or greater. The monomer includes a resin. The resin is impregnated into each fiberglass sheet. The resin laminates and connects each fiberglass sheet by using a heat sealing. The content of the impregnated resin is higher than the monomer. The relay sheet is arranged between the fiberglass sheets. The relay sheet has a glass chopped strand mat structure. The monomer is arranged in the middle which is divided to the top and the bottom. In the silica fiber sheet, the resin is impregnated.
