A unit for provision of rotation of crankshaft of 20-05-06-7 type of motor UTD-20 has three bearings of 292228MT type placed each on main journal of crankshaft of 20-05-06-7 type. Each of those bearings has outer ring and separator with rollers placed in it, at that the rollers are made of cylindrical type. As rollers installed to separator one uses rollers processed by special technology to closes repair dimensions, respectively, R1 – with outer diameter 26.25 (-0,1)mm and R2 – with 26.5 (-0,01)mm, removed from rejected before by defects rollers of roller bearings of 292228MT type for which outer ring corresponds to manufacturing specification for processing bearing of armored equipment. |
