PURPOSE: A powertrain of hybrid construction equipment is provided to improve the efficiency of a motor by blocking vibration generated by a crank shaft to a motor. CONSTITUTION: A powertrain of hybrid construction equipment comprises an engine(10), a hydraulic pump(20), an electric motor(30), and a flexible coupling(50). The electric motor is installed between the engine and the hydraulic pump. The motor comprises a rotator(31) connected to the driving shaft(21) of the hydraulic pump. The flexible coupling is connected to the rotator of the motor. An auxiliary axis is connected to the crank shaft(11) of the engine.
