PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyethylene foam film for an adhesive protection tape with easy tearing properties and a polyethylene foam film manufactured thereby are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by continuously manufacturing the polyethylene foam films. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyethylene foam film for an adhesive protection tape with easy tearing properties is as follows. A resin composition comprises 5-40 weight% of elastomer, 0.01-1 weight% of foaming agent, and 0.01-0.5 weight% of fluororesin based on 100 weight% of LDPE(low-density polyethylene). The resin composition is dry-mixed and compounded. The compounded resin composition is molded to a pipe-shaped melted resin(1) through a circular die(a). The melted resin is molded to a pipe-shaped body(2) through a cooling ring(b). A polyethylene foam film is manufactured by expanding the pipe-shaped body.
