THE SKI-RUNNER

PURPOSE: A ski runner is provided to enable a user to do whole body exercise through a sliding action like skiing. CONSTITUTION: A ski runner comprises a main body(1), a sliding action unit(2), and a handle unit(3). In the main body, the handle unit is formed. In the sliding action unit, two stages(21,21') are slid-combined with sliders(22,22'). The handle unit stably maintains the posture of the body and forms handles(31,31') on the upper part of a pole. The slider is composed of a downwardly bent frame.
