ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR AND SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electrical dust collector and a system using the same are provided to prevent collected fine particles from being scattered by flowing down a washing solution. CONSTITUTION: An electrical dust collector(100) comprises a dust collecting plate and recovering part. The dust collecting plate collects charged fine particles. The recovering part includes a washing solution distributing unit inside. The washing solution distributing unit(130) uniformly distributes the washing solution. The recovering unit uniformly distributes the washing solution on the dust collecting plate after passing through the washing solution distributing part. The recovering part includes a space which accepts the washing solution distributing part. The recovering part additionally includes housing in which a pair of protrudes are formed on the outer side. The housing flows down the washing solution dispersed by the washing solution distributing part. A plurality of outlets is formed with intervals from each other along the longitudinal direction of the housing.
