NOVEL BACTERIAL STRAIN OF PSEUDOMONAS SPP. CAU 104866 AND CAU104867 HAVING ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY AND ITS USE

PURPOSE: A novel strain is provided to enhance phycyanine productivity and an antibacterial activity against Bacillus anthracis and helicobacter pylori. CONSTITUTION: A novel strain, Pseudomonas aeruginosa CAU 104866(KCTC 11827BP) or CAU 104867(KCTC 11828BP), has an antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus sp., Enterococcus sp., Acinetobacter sp., Bacillus sp., Helicobacter sp., and Shigella sp. The Enterococcus sp. is Vancomycin-resistant enterococcus(VRE). The Acinetobacter sp. is Acinetobacter baumanii. The Bacillus sp. is Bacillus anthracis or Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. An antibacterial composition contains the strain or strain culture.
