PURPOSE: A method, a system and a computer readable recording medium for managing a tv advertisement based on a household unit are provided to set a household which receives a TV advertisement as a reference unit to charge a TV advertisement, thereby performing reasonable charging about the TV advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(250) receives information about generation of a charging cause from at least one terminal device. An advertisement charging unit(220) determines whether a charging cause the same as the charging cause occurs in at least one terminal device belonging to at least one terminal device. The advertisement charging unit decides a charging amount based on the determination result. |
