PURPOSE: A prearranged planning type error restoration method using a control plane is provided to effectively restore errors in a network by reducing protection switching time. CONSTITUTION: A first redundant path is established on a control plane. A second redundant path is established on the control plane beforehand. When errors are generated in an intermediate node(11), a message for establishing a redundant path is transmitted to the first redundant path. When a response message for the message for establishing a redundant path is transmitted from the intermediate node, the protection switching of the redundant path is executed.
