PURPOSE: A return roller of a belt conveyor is provided to increase intensity of a bearing by locating the bearing of a roller in the outside apart from a roller body. CONSTITUTION: A return roller of a belt conveyor comprises a bearing housing(100), a lubricant feeding unit(500), a roller shaft, a roller body(600), and a gap maintaining unit(620). An installation groove is formed inside the bearing housing and a bearing(300) is embedded in the installation groove. The lubricant feeding unit is installed in the outside of the bearing housing and is connected to the installation groove to supply lubricant of the bearing to the installation groove. One end of the roller shaft penetrates through the bearing. The roller body has a larger diameter than the roller shaft and surrounds the outer circumference of the roller shaft. The gap maintaining unit is installed between the roller shaft and the roller body to constantly maintain a gap between the roller shaft and the roller body.
