PURPOSE: A ground line matching device of internet equipment is provided to protect internet equipment from surge voltage caused by lightening. CONSTITUTION: A ground line matching device of internet equipment comprises a connection sensing part(10), a first driving part(20), a second driving part(30), and a line change part(40). The connection sensing part connects the hot line of AC power to the ground line of internet equipment and senses the connection between the ground line of the AC power and the hot line of the internet equipment. The first driving part drives the second driving part according to the cross-linkage sensing of the connection sensing part to supply a second driving current to the line change part. The line change part connects the hot line of the AC power to the hot line of the internet equipment and the ground line of the AC power to the ground line of the internet equipment according to the second driving current from the second driving part.
