PURPOSE: A rotor assembly device for an oil pump is provided to reduce time and costs of a manufacturing process by preventing the contamination of a rotor and automatically assembling the rotor to a housing. CONSTITUTION: A rotor assembly device for an oil pump comprises a transferring container holding body(120), a cleaning tub(400), a drying tank, multiple standby tables(600), a housing transferring unit(200), a first transferring device, a second transferring device(700), and a control unit. Multiple component transferring containers receiving rotors(100) of various specifications are held to the transferring container holding body according to each specification. The cleaning tub stores rinse solution for cleaning the rotors. The drying tank dries the cleaned rotors. The multiple standby tables maintain the dried rotors in a standby state. The housing transferring unit holds a housing(10) on a jig and transfers the housing to an assembly position. The first transferring device picks up the rotors from the component transferring containers by grasping the position of the rotors and transfers the rotors to the cleaning tub. The first transferring device transfers the cleaned rotors to the drying tank, and transfers the dried rotors to the standby tables. The second transferring device couples the rotors of the standby tables to the housing. The control unit controls the operation of the first and second transferring devices to assemble the rotors of the correspondent specification. |
