PURPOSE: A remote management apparatus for construction heavy equipment is provided to transmit information of each construction heavy equipment to an information collection control server without expensive communication devices. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of construction heavy equipment communication terminals(110) transmit information of construction heavy equipment to a collect/relay device(120) without wire. The collect/relay device transmits information of construction heavy equipment to an information collect control server(130) with wire or without wire. The information collect control server stores information of each construction heavy equipment. Manager communication terminals(140) transmit the control order of a manager to communication terminals of construction heavy equipment through the information collect control server and collect/relay device.
