PURPOSE: A device and a method for supporting an ocean wind turbine is provided to stably support a power generator even when the capacity of the power generator increases, and the depth of sea is deep. CONSTITUTION: A device for supporting an ocean wind turbine comprises a mono pile(M), an auxiliary pile(E), a pile sleeve(110), and a member(120) for fixing the pile sleeve. The mono pile is fixed to the bottom of the ocean, and supports the ocean wind turbine. The auxiliary pile is installed in the mono pile, and assists the mono pile. The pile sleeve is placed around the mono pile in a radial direction. The auxiliary file is mounted to the pile sleeve. The member for fixing the pile sleeve is mounted between the mono pile and the pile sleeve. The member for fixing the pile sleeve fixes the mono pile and the pile sleeve.
