PURPOSE: A rug ground plate for a radial machine is provided to improve workability and productivity by reducing raw material waste due to the loss of components. CONSTITUTION: A rug ground plate(100) includes a DE type rug(110) and a taping part(120). The DE type rug is supported at the upper end of the taping part. The DE type rug is automatically plugged in an insertion location on a printed circuit board by a radial machine. The rug ground plate forms a maleated EPDM/silicone blend layer with an aluminum material. The DE type rug is composed of a head unit of an arch shape and a body of a cuttlefish shape. A second through hole corresponds to a first through hole, which is formed on the edge of a PCB substrate of an upper body, by one to one. A hollow board support is touched with a top end portion of the taping part to support the body. One ore more legs are connected between the head unit and the hollow board support.
