PURPOSE: A heat pump type cooling and heating system for a vehicle is provided to perform a cooling function when cooling using a first indoor heat exchanger and second indoor heat exchanger and a heater function when heating, thereby improving the heat exchanging performance. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump type cooling and heating system for a vehicle comprises a compressor(100), a first three-way valve(200), a first four-way valve(300), an outdoor heat exchanger(400), a first expansion valve(500), a second four-way valve(310), a bypass flow path(520), a first indoor heat exchanger(600), a second three-way valve(210), a second expansion valve(510), and a second indoor heat exchanger(700). The first three-way valve is connected to a discharging line of the compressor, thereby selectively converting a flow path. The first four-way valve is connected to the first three-way valve, thereby selectively converting the flow path. The outdoor heat exchanger is connected to the first four-way valve, thereby heat exchanging the refrigerant. The first expansion valve is connected to the outdoor heat exchanger, thereby expanding the refrigerant. The second four-way valve is connected to the first expansion valve, thereby selectively converting the flow path. The bypass flow path connected the outdoor heat exchanger and second four-way valve. The first indoor heat exchanger is selectively connected to the first three-way valve and second four-way valve, thereby heat exchanging the refrigerant and air flowing into the indoor of a vehicle.
