CORRELATION ID FOR LOCAL IP ACCESS

PURPOSE: A relative ID(Identity) for connecting to a local IP(Internet Protocol) is provided to allow a direct user surface between a home cellular base station and a local gateway by using relative ID(Identity) for connecting to the local IP. CONSTITUTION: A wireless interface communicates with a user apparatus. A local interface communicates with a local gateway which accesses to a local IP network. A user surface interface communicates with an SGW(Serving GateWay). A control surface interface communicates with a control node. An SM(Selection Module) is established in order to acquire a first relative ID which directly allows a user surface route between a local gateway and a home cellular base station.
