PURPOSE: A device for measuring the abrasion profile of a rolling roll is provided to accurately measure abrasion profile by employing a sensor which measures the vertical distance of an upper roll to estimate the abrasion distances of upper and lower rolls. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the abrasion profile of a rolling roll comprises a non-contact linear displacement sensor(110) on the top thereof, a distance measuring unit on the bottom thereof, and a data acquisition unit. The non-contact linear displacement sensor measures the vertical distance to an upper roll. The distance measuring unit measures the lateral moving distance of a rolling roll toward a barrel. The data acquisition unit collects the upper roll vertical distance data and the rolling roll lateral moving distance data and creates an abrasion profile of the rolling roll, that is, the vertical abrasion distance of the upper roll or/and the vertical abrasion distance of a lower roll.
