摘要	PURPOSE: A method for increasing pH concentration of Soju is provided to improve convenience and to maximize efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Soju with over 7.4 pH concentratioin comprises a step of reacting Soju with magnesium-based powder. The magnesium powder is magnesium or magnesium hydrogen compounds(MgH_2). The particle size of the magnesium-based powdr is 38-299 um. A method for increasing pH concentration of the Soju comprises a step of reacting the magnesium-based powder with Soju.
