<p>The invention relates to the problem of cleaning and disinfection of a conveyor in the vicinity of escalator. The rotary disinfection cylinder is situated in the front part of the device wihic has an open housing on the upper area oh this part. This enables a contact between the mentioned cylinder and conveyor. The conveyor operating enables the rotation of the cylinder. During this rotation the cylinder applies cleaner and desinfectant on the conveyor through its contact with the lower edge. The cleaner and desinfectant are poured in a tank beneath the cylinder. The lower edge of the cylinder is in a contact with this media. The rotary drying cylinder removes excessive moisture of the cleaner and desinfectant from the conveyor. The excessive moisture from the drying cylinder is removed by the part of the housing - the pusher to the drying cylinder with which this cylinder is rubbing.</p> |
