CYTOMORPHOMETRIC METHOD FOR ASSESSING THE VIABILITY OF LABORATORY RAT EMBRYOS

The invention relates to a cytomorphometric method for assessing the viability of laboratory rat embryos. The method consists in determining the morphometric parameters of the embryos, i.e. the thickness of zona peludica, the external diameter and the internal diameter, in which significant differences occur between the viable and non-viable embryos, in the same development stage.
