PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 4,4-dinitrodiphenylamines and a manufacturing method of 4,4-bis(alkylamino)diphenylamines are provided to simplify manufacturing process and to increase purity and yield. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 4,4-dinitrodiphenylamines comprises a step of reaction urea and nitrobenzene under presence of complex salt catalyst and polar organic solvent .The complex salt catalyst is a mixture of bis-quaternary ammonium group having a structure which is represented by chemical formula 1 and one or more of NaOH, potassium hydroxide, potassium t-butoxide, and tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are independently C1-18 alkyl, R3, R4, R5, and R6, are independently C1-6 linear or branched alkyl, and R7 is C2-6 alkylene or C2-6 alkylene substituted for alcohol. |
