MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE NANOWIRE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of molybdenum disulfide nano-wires is provided to improve productivity rate of molybdenum disulfied nano-wires and increase development of Mo-Mo coordination structure, thereby synthesizing molybdenum disulfied nanowire having stable surface property and surface reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of molybdenum disulfide nano-wires comprises the following steps: manufacturing molybdenum precursor solution by adding phosphine oxide based compound to molybdenum precursors; forming molybdenum nano particles by heating the molybdenum precursor solution within predetermined temperature range for predetermined time; forming molybdenum disulfied nano-wires by inducing molybdenum coordinate covalent bond by injecting sulfur solution into the molybdenum nano-particle mixed solution at predetermined temperature range for predetermined time; and separating the molybdenum disulfied nano-wires.
