<p>The invention relates to an energy-accumulating building system meant for civil and industrial buildings. The claimed system comprises a strength structure (1), an envelope (2), some walls (3) and some floors (4) incorporating some water tanks (5), the outer surface of the building envelope (2) and of the roofing being of the type of solar and photovoltaic thermal collectors (6, 7), the water within the structure (1) and the tanks (5) incorporated in the walls (3) and floors (4), heated and cooled by a system comprising some solar collectors (6 and 7), a heat pump (8), a wind turbine (9) and a classic heat source (10) transmits the internal air the energy for conditioning the same through an internal surface (11) of walls (3) and floors (4), a central water tank (14) and an automatic regulation system (15), the water tanks (5) being provided with some thermal fuse-type zones (12) which open to discharge the water in case of occurrence of a fire source, detected by a surveillance system (13).</p> |
