PURPOSE: An insulation coating method is provided to prevent the delamination of a base material caused by thermal impacts because parallelly intersecting linear grooves and adhesive coating are formed on the base material. CONSTITUTION: An insulation coating method comprises the steps of: forming linear grooves having width and depth of 0.7-1.3mm and parallely intersecting each other at an interval of 0.7-1.3mm on a base material(S101), spraying an alloy material on the base material to form adhesive coating with a thickness of 1200-3000μm(S102), and spraying a ceramic material on the adhesive coating to form top coating(S103).
