PURPOSE: A temperature control method to control the inner temperature of each group of a computer room and a device using the same are provided to prevent power waste through supplying the cool outside air through a bypass passage in case of the temperature of each group of server racks. CONSTITUTION: A temperature control method to control the inner temperature of each group of a computer is as follows. The excess of the temperature of each group of server racks over determined temperature range is detected through receiving the temperature information from the temperature sensors installed in a plurality of server racks(11). The opening and closing of the punched floor is controlled according to the temperature information of each group of server racks.
