The present invention relates to a dye composition comprising at least one water-insoluble silicate, at least one coloured or colouring species chosen from oxidation dye precursors, natural dyes, cationic direct dyes and nonionic direct dyes, and at least one mono- or polyglycoside. The invention also relates to a dyeing process using this composition.
