The invention relates to an apparatus for supplying hot water, which controls the number of pulses to be applied to a heater, comprising: a first heater which has a first preset capacity, and which is arranged in a water inlet unit in order to heat the water fed into the water inlet unit; a second heater which has a second preset capacity larger than the first preset capacity, and which is arranged in a water outlet unit in order to heat the water fed out to the water outlet unit; and a control unit which calculates heater operating cycles for the first heater and the second heater using a zero-crossing control method according to the temperature of the water fed into the water inlet unit and the preset heating temperature of the water discharged from the water outlet unit, and controls the number of pulses to be applied to the first heater and to the second heater, respectively, in accordance with the calculated heater operating cycles, in order to operate the first heater and the second heater. |
