<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption program and a decryption program with high safety. <P>SOLUTION: An encryption device running an encryption program performs prescribed function processing to an inputted numeric value D and numeric value X and outputs the numeric values (S49-S63). The encryption device inputs numeric values prescribed times, and in the first input, it inputs a numeric value A as an object of encryption and a number X which is at least a part of numbers composing a random key (S43 and S45). From the second input on, the encryption device inputs the numeric value D and the numeric value X outputted in the previous time (S45, S57 and S75). If the numeric value D inputted into the function is a negative number, the encryption device adds a mark to the number of times R of the current loop (S59).
