<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for mass-producing a nanofiber having uniform quality at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing a nanofiber includes a nozzle block 110 having a plurality of upwardly directing nozzles and a polymer solution supply path, discharges a polymer solution from the plurality of upwardly directing nozzles while overflowing the polymer solution to electro-spin the nanofiber, and recovers the overflowed polymer solution to reuse the solution as a raw material of the nanofiber. The apparatus further includes a raw material tank 200, recovery tanks 270 and 272, an intermediate tank 230, a first transfer device 250 for transferring the polymer solution to the recovery tanks 270 and 272, a second transfer device 210 for transferring the polymer solution to the intermediate tank 230, first and second transfer control devices 260 and 220 for controlling transfer operations of the first and second transfer devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
