<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method of a BOG multistage displacement compressor, which can prevent a load (gas load) generated by a pressure difference between a suction gas at a high-pressure stage side and a discharge gas from exceeding an allowable gas load, even if a temperature of a suction gas at a low-pressure stage side is higher than that at a steady operation. <P>SOLUTION: In the operation control method of the BOG multistage displacement compressor 8 constituted by connecting a plurality of displacement compression parts 9, 10 in order to compress a BOG generated from a liquefied natural gas 1, the BOG multistage displacement compressor is operation-controlled so that a ratio of the load (load ratio) of the low-pressure stage compressor 9 with respect to the load of the high-pressure stage compression part 10 of the BOG multistage displacement compressor 8 becomes larger than a load ratio in the case other than a prescribed state. That is, the BOG multistage displacement compressor is constituted so as to be capable of detecting a suction temperature of the low-pressure stage compression part 9 of the BOG multistage displacement compressor 8, and the prescribed state is brought into a state that the detection temperature of the suction temperature is raised to a temperature not lower than a preset temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
