<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of an electrodeposition coating film in the rear face of a joint area even in the friction stir joining of different metals. <P>SOLUTION: The extending part 202 of a front subframe 12 is formed by laminating a couple of steel-made sheets 206a and 206b on which the electrodeposition coating films 208a to 208c are formed. The flange 202 of the front subframe 12 is overlapped with the flange 40 of the rear subframe 14. A joint pin 54 is rotatingly inserted in the direction vertical to an overlapped face from the flange 40 of the rear subframe 14 toward the flange 202 of the front subframe 12 until the top of the joint pin 54 abuts on the laminated sheet 206a, thus performing the friction stir joining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
