FIXTURE SUPPORTING PLATE, FORWARD ASSEMBLY WELDING FIXTURE AND METHOD FOR WELDING ARC SECTIONAL MATERIAL

A fixture supporting plate, a forward assembly welding fixture and a method for welding an arc sectional material are disclosed. The supporting height at the edge of the fixture supporting plate is greater than the height at the corresponding position of the sectional material to be supported. The forward assembly welding fixture includes a deformable supporting plate (243) formed by the supporting plate which is adjacent to a resisting end clamp (206) and/or a locating end clamp (205). The method for welding the arc sectional material adopts above-mentioned forward assembly welding fixture during the welding process. The fixture supporting plate, the forward assembly welding fixture and the method for welding the arc sectional material can enhance the pressing-clipping effect of the fixture pressing clamp, and can control effectively the misalignment problem at the position of the butt joint groove of the long seam of the arc sectional material before welding without adjusting groove misalignment. The production efficiency of the long longitudinal seam arc sectional material is greatly improved.
