摘要 <p>The present invention increases light collection efficiency by reliably collecting light at a central portion even with respect to irradiation subjects having different lengths in the vertical and horizontal directions in a plan view by means of a lens shape that is optimal with respect to curvature in the vertical and horizontal directions. The present invention has: a light-sensitive resist film formation step that forms a light sensitive resist film on a planarizing film; and a lens shape formation step that forms the light-sensitive resist film into a lens shape by planar control of the amount of irradiation light using a transmission rate gradient mask. With the lens shape being a microlens (37), an array shape is formed wherein the ends of the lens shape in the vertical and/or horizontal direction in a plan view have an overlap. From the lens shape of which the outer contour in a plan view is circular, an array shape is formed having overlap in the vertical and/or horizontal direction.</p>
