<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system that can measure beverage temperature in a barrel where the temperature changes based on time or an environment and automatically optimize discharge pressure of carbonated beverage. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the server system for discharging the carbonated beverage from a beverage barrel via a cooling device by applying gas pressure to the beverage barrel containing the carbonated beverage from a carbon dioxide gas source and opening a discharge valve of a system end. The system includes: a gas pressure regulating valve arranged in a gas flow path between the carbon dioxide gas source and the beverage barrel; a gas pressure gauge for measuring the gas pressure between the gas pressure regulating valve and the beverage barrel; a liquid temperature meter for measuring the beverage temperature between the beverage barrel and the cooling device; a data table for previously storing supply pressure of the carbon dioxide gas at each beverage temperature; and a valve control device for calculating the supply pressure of the carbon dioxide gas corresponding to the beverage temperature measured by the liquid temperature meter based on the data table and controlling the gas pressure regulating valve so that the gas pressure measured by the pressure sensor corresponds with the calculated supply pressure of the carbon dioxide gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
