<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology that can prevent misalignment when a cover layer is to be adhered to an electrode layer via a spacer layer and prevent intrusion of a hot-melt adhesive into a cavity. <P>SOLUTION: After a first adhesion step of adhering an electrode layer 110 with a first hot-melt adhesive to one face of a spacer layer 120 is carried out, a second adhesion step of adhering a cover layer 130 to the other face of the spacer layer 120 with a second hot-melt adhesive having a softening point lower than that of the first hot-melt adhesive is carried out. Thereby, while the second adhesion step is carried out, the first hot-melt adhesive is not softened again, which prevents misalignment upon adhering the cover layer 130 to the electrode layer 110 via the spacer layer 120 and prevents intrusion of the hot-melt adhesive into a cavity 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
