PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that determines whether or not an object sticks out of a document more reliably than before.

SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 or a terminal device 3 is provided with the following means: an image creation part 302 for stick-out determination that creates bitmap data PM by eliminating a Clip code indicating the range of printing from print data PA for printing a target image on a sheet; and a stick-out determination processing part 303 that determines whether or not the target image sticks out of the sheet based on the created bitmap data PM.
