PURPOSE: An adipose-derived stem cell isolating/culturing system is provided to minimize time and space for moving a sample. CONSTITUTION: An adipose-derived stem cell isolating/culturing system comprises: a fat bag for containing adipose by inhalation; an adapter for the fat bag; an adapter insertion part for containing the adapter; a centrifugal separator(40) for centrifuging the sample in the fat bag; a heating block having the adapter; a culture machine(60) for culturing stem cells in the fat bag; a cell counter(70) for counting the number of stem cells; and a drawer(80) which is integrally mounted with the culture machine.
