摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing and individualizing a medicine medication amount and compound selection by combining genetic information of a patient, non-genetic host factor of the patient, and a candidate medicine characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a collective model, a method, and algorithm for aiming at a medication plan or compound selection with respective to each patient, which uses the collective model, where genotype information on a gene for coding a drug metabolism enzyme with respect to one or more related compound is incorporated. By the method, the genotype information with respect to one or more genes for coding the drug metabolism enzyme, especially the gene of cytochrome P450 is integrated with patient data, and also the genotype information is integrated with an effect on one or more drug metabolism enzymes by the one or more compounds.
