<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of digital processing. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an AD conversion device that includes: a pattern generation section for generating, about each target bit specified bit by bit from the higher order side of output data, a pattern signal whose pulse width or pulse count depends on the significance of the target bit; an integration section for integrating the pattern signal according to a determination value for determining the value of the target bit upon generation of each pattern signal, and outputting a reference signal obtained by accumulating the integral value of each pattern signal; a comparison section for comparing an input signal with the reference signal upon completion of generation of each pattern signal; and an output section for outputting output data whose bit values are each a value depending on the result of comparison after completion of generation of the corresponding pattern signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
