PURPOSE: A high frequency switch is provided to reduce power consumption of a transmission power amp of a transmission circuit in a multimode system by removing insertion loss characteristics of a switch connected to a FDM(Frequency Division Multiplex) communication system. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency switch comprises one or more first ports(10) and second ports(20), a common port(30), a first series switch(40), and a second series switch(50). The first port is connected to the TDM(Time Division Multiplex) communication system. The second port is connected to the FDM(Frequency Division Multiplex) communication system. The common port transmits or receives a high frequency signal which is inputted and outputted through the first port or the second port. The first series switch includes one or more first field effect transistors. The second series switch includes one or more second field effect transistors. |
