PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented soybean paste containing sea urchin roe is provided to provide the flavor and the nutrition of the sea urchin roe to the fermented soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean paste containing sea urchin roe comprises the following steps: mixing 70-90wt% of fermented soybean paste obtained from a traditional method with 10-30wt% of fresh sea urchin roe; and aging the mixture for 2-4 months. |
