PURPOSE: A speaker device for a portable terminal is provided to prevent a size of a terminal from being expanded by using a space formed through an electromagnetic noise shielding member as a resonance space. CONSTITUTION: A speaker unit comprises an electromagnetic noise shielding member(121) installing on a circuit board(111) and a speaker unit(123) and a resonance space(131) generating sound. The resonance space is formed by arranging the electromagnetic noise shielding member on the circuit board. A housing(101) is formed by combining a front case(101a) with a rear case(101b). The electromagnetic noise shielding member is located between the rear case and the circuit board. A fixed space is formed between the electromagnetic noise shielding member and the circuit board.
