<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dissolution efficiency liquid treatment device which can efficiently dissolve a gas into a liquid scheduled to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid treatment device is of the following construction: First, a liquid guiding cylinder 13 is arranged inside a closed tank 12, then a liquid feeder means 18 which supplies a liquid 17 scheduled for treatment, is installed to a liquid suction aperture 15 of the liquid guiding cylinder 13, and a screw-type liquid pumping-up means 27 is installed inside the liquid guiding cylinder 13. In addition, a liquid spouting space 33 which spreads the liquid 17a spouted from a liquid jet aperture 16 by the liquid pumping-up means 27, is formed in the top of the closed tank 12. Further, an air feeder means 34 for pressurizing a compressed air scheduled for dissolution and feeding it as pressurized, and a feeder means 35 for pressurizing carbon dioxide gas and feeding it as pressurized, are connected with the liquid spouting space 33, Besides, between the inner circumferential surface part of the closed tank 12 and the outer circumferential surface part of the liquid guiding cylinder 13, a liquid reflux passage 36 which circulates the liquid 17a from the liquid spouting space 33 to the lower part of the liquid guiding cylinder 13, is formed.
